Our Story
Our story began as two coworkers working in a restaurant in Brooklyn, NY. In the midst of the pandemic, we decided to take a chance and start our own private dining service, combining our passion for food and our desire to bring people together through the joy of sharing a meal.

In a culinary and gastronomy-obsessed world, we constantly asked ourselves, ‘Where do we fit in?’ and ‘What do we bring to the table that is unique and different?’
With this in mind, we created SóL, a play on the word ‘soul’ and the Polish translation of ‘sól,’ meaning salt. SóL represents the soul of food, and our goal is to bring the experience of modern dining to the comfort of your own surroundings. We offer a unique and personal dining experience, bringing character, flavor, and color to your table.
